Resolved Question: Someone is mooring a sailboat in front of our property, obstructing our view. What can we do (or not do)?
This lakefront property has been vacant for a number of years, but now that we’ve purchased it, we intend to build our dream home there. We DON’T want to be looking at someone’s sailboat parked directly in our view across the lake at the Green Mountains of Vermont. Can someone give us some direction as to our rights??
